Some believe they don't need help with their events, but through years of experience we have found that many do, and could have had such better events with far less stress if they had called on a professional technical coordination company such as 1AM.

We offer many things here, the paramount offer is that of peace of mind. When you are tasked with putting on 'the office Christmas Party', it can be such a rude reminder if things go wrong - for a whole 12 months.

Terms and Conditions

The following is the legal information which ensures there is no misunderstanding between us and our client prior, during or after any event booked.

All of the equipment that is used is checked to be in full and safe working order prior to arrival

We advise all who have booked well in advance to contact us more than 10 days prior to the event. This ensures that your plans have not changed it is also a good time to update us with any special instructions or last minute requirement.

Cancellations or notified changes must be made at least 7 days prior to the date of the event. less than 7 days notice of cancellation (unless last minute bookings where 24 hours notice is required), the hirer is liable to pay 40% of an agreed fee.

Any fees owed 30 days after the date of the event will result in pending legal action.

The hiring company / booker is responsible for any damage to equipment caused by any unauthorised person at the event. You will be advised of any damage caused, and will be charged for the full cost of any repairs required.

We reserve the right to refuse to continue any event should there be insufficient floor space, which would not allow the equipment to be assembled safely, or conditions which could make the final assembly unsafe. This also applies at the risk of working within wet or damp conditions at the location, which as a result may endanger the electrical safety regulations, or if the mains power requirements are insufficient or unsafe & do not comply with IEE regulations.

We do not tolerate violent, aggressive or abusive behaviour from anyone under any circumstances. We also reserve the right to terminate our services at any time our personal safety is under threat.

We reserve the right to substitute alternative equipment from that specified should uncontrollable circumstances on our part dictate the need to do so.

All bookings should be taken on the understanding that the venue is in possession of the necessary entertainment license. We are not responsible if the venue is found to be in breach of the terms of their license.

We reserve the right to alter any or all of the above at any time.
